Mario Matković is Head of Division at MET Central Europe, based in Budapest. Prior to this position he was the Chief Executive Officer of MET Croatia Energy Trade from 2017 to 2026. During that time, he oversaw the company’s rise to become one of the largest natural gas suppliers to industrial clients in Croatia. His tenure was marked by significant strategic investments, including the securing of regasification capacity bookings at the Krk LNG terminal. With nearly a decade of experience as CEO of MET Croatia, he possesses an outstanding background in international B2B sales, commodities trading (feedstocks, fuel oils), and corporate strategy.
