Participation fee

In early bird sales until August 22, 2025: HUF 214.500 + VAT, after August 22, 2025: HUF 260.000 + VAT.

The participation fee includes participation in the professional programmes of the Event, meals (coffee breaks, lunches, gala dinner) and participation in the evening programmes.
The participation fee does not include with particular regard the cost of accommodation, and accessing the venue, or the cost of any extra consumption (other items not included in the event-related food and drink menu or the event-related food and drink offer). Each participant is individually responsible for the booking and payment of their accommodation.
