He is chartered chemical engineer with economical degree with extensive experience in underground gas storage operation and related major infrastructure development projects. Lajos has led the development, operation and expansion of storage assets, with a particular focus on surface storage systems and asset integrity. Lajos is now focused on repurposing recently operational underground gas storage reservoirs for underground hydrogen storage to support long duration energy storage and the energy transition toward net zero.
