Ferenc Fernezelyi graduated as a mechanical engineer from the Technical University of Budapest and the University of Karlsruhe, and obtained an MBA degree at the Technical University of Budapest and a DESS CAAE at the University of Lyon. Since 2001 he has worked in different managerial positions for Veolia Energia Magyarország Zrt. and its predecessors. He has been the Marketing and Key Account Director since 2015. In addition, M. Fernezelyi has been the Managing Director of CHP Erőmű Kft., member of the Veolia Hungary Group and operating a virtual power plant, since 2018 and the Commercial Deputy CEO of Budapesti Erőmű Zrt. since 2020.
