Professional profile

András Jenei has nearly two decades of professional experience in the energy sector. He studied Engineering Management at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics and Political Science at Milton Friedman University. Since 2009, he has served as a Member of the Board of the Centre for Fair Political Analysis, a Budapest-based non-partisan political think tank. Throughout his career, he has held senior advisory positions across various segments of the energy industry, as well as with Big Four consulting firms, covering areas ranging from oil and gas upstream operations and LNG to nuclear energy and RES. In the public and governmental sector, he has served in several advisory roles, including positions with the Hungarian National Assembly, the Prime Minister’s Office, the Ministry of Energy and the Hungarian Energy and Public Utility Regulatory.
