Professional profileMr. Szabolcs Ferencz has more than 20 years of experience across various segments of the energy industry. Since 2019, he has served as Chairman and CEO of FGSZ Ltd., a subsidiary of the MOL Group. Between 2003 and 2019, he held several senior management positions within the MOL Group. Since July 2026, he has been serving his second term as a Member of the Management Board of ENTSOG. From 2024 to 2026, he was a Member of the Board of Directors of the ENNOH organisation, representing the Central and South-Eastern European region. Since 2011, he has been an Associate of the European Round Table for Industry (ERT). In addition, he is a founding partner of the SEED Executive School of Management and serves on the Advisory Board of the Regional Centre for Energy Policy Research Foundation (REKK), both based in Budapest.
