Professional profile

With more than 20 years of professional experience, she began at BCG and has spent much of her career in the energy sector, where she has held senior executive roles in Hungary and several other countries in the region, including at MOL Group, MVM and ALTEO. At MOL Group’s Croatian subsidiaries—first at INA and later at Tifon—she held executive and CEO positions. She contributed to INA’s IPO and led Tifon’s growth and agile transformation. As Deputy CEO of MVM, she was responsible for strategy, business development and corporate services, while also leading M&A projects and coordinating the establishment and operation of the group’s first shared service centre. She joined ALTEO in 2023 as Deputy CEO for Corporate Services and, since 2025, has also been responsible for managing the company’s international relations. In her leadership work, she places particular emphasis on promoting equal opportunities in both Hungarian and international organisations.
