Krisztián Deme graduated with a diploma in engineering from Bánki Donát Technical College and obtained a degree in Management and Organization from the Budapest University of Economics and Public Administration, followed by an MBA from the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands in 2018. He started his career in the energy sector with the implementation of the SAP IS-U customer service IT system at Fővárosi Vízművek Zrt., and from 2005 he continued as the Head of IT Application of E.ON Hungária Zrt. and later as the Head of Back Office of E.ON Energiakereskedelmi Kft. From 2011, he was appointed Head of Sales of E.ON Energiakereskedelmi Kft. for the gas and electricity product business line dealing with large industrial customers, and in 2014 he went on to be Head of Sales, Marketing and Regulation for Magyar Földgáztároló Zrt. Since May 2023, he has been serving as Chief Customer Relations Officer of MVM Group.
