Sergio Molisani, born in Pescara in 1972, is currently the "Chief International Assets & Business Development Officer" at Snam, a position he has held since December 2022. After graduating in Economics and obtaining a master's degree in International Finance, he accumulated 13 years of experience in Investment Banking in Italy and the UK, specializing in the energy, utilities, and infrastructure sectors. Sergio joined Snam in 2012, during the spin-off from Eni, as Head of Capital Markets, Financial Planning, Credit Rating, and Risk Management. He played a crucial role in establishing the company's new finance department. Over the years, he has taken on roles of increasing responsibility, with a growing focus on sustainable finance and the Group's international activities. Currently, he oversees the definition of strategies and objectives for Snam's international presence, ensuring the achievement of industrial, economic, and financial goals.
